We're heading to London. The Independent Hotel Show returns to Olympia on 5 and 6 October 2026, and we'll be there both days. After a great few days at the Munich edition earlier this month, London is the next stop on our autumn show calendar.
What the Independent Hotel Show London Is About
The Independent Hotel Show is the business event for luxury and boutique hotels. In partnership with James Hallam Insurance Brokers, it brings together over 3,000 buyers across two days to meet 200+ exhibiting brands and hear from 100+ industry speakers. It's part of the same IH portfolio as the Munich show, and the London edition has a character all of its own.
Olympia is a proper London venue, grand and full of light, and the show fills it with hoteliers, designers, and suppliers who care about the independent side of the business. If you run a boutique or lifestyle property, this is one of the few shows that's actually built around your world rather than the big-group world.
What We'll Be Doing There
- Meeting hoteliers who want an honest read on their tech stack
- Catching up with tech partners we already know and trust
- Sitting in on seminars and comparing notes on where the industry is heading
- Looking for new tools that genuinely solve problems for independent properties
- Talking through real tech stack audits we've done recently and what we learned
We come to these shows for the conversations. The best ones happen when a hotelier tells us what's actually frustrating them about their systems, and we can give them a straight answer on what to keep, what to replace, and what they're overpaying for. We had a lot of those in Munich, and we're expecting the same in London.
Why We Work Both Sides of the Floor
Something that came up a lot in Munich was how useful it is that we work with both hotels and tech companies. We know what the hotelier is going through, and we know what the tech partner is trying to do. Being in the same room with both sides is where we do our best work, connecting a hotelier who needs a solution with a partner who actually has the right one.
We only recommend partners whose products we genuinely believe in, and it's good to see several of them on the floor showing exactly why.
